Graham Cooper - Principal
Graham has been involved in the IT Industry since 1984 and has experience working in most business sectors as a Computer Programmer, Analyst, Support Engineer, Network Administrator, Technical Consultant and IT Manager.
This experience has increased Graham’s understanding and knowledge in business management and operations. He has also completed an ITIL Foundation Certificate in Technology Service Management; this is an internationally recognised accreditation which describes a framework for the structure, administration and management of all aspects of the IT infrastructure.
Adrian Van den Avoort - Senior Technical Consultant
Adrian is an Electronics Engineer with over 25 years experience in IT Operations, Computer Software, Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems and Systems Security. He specialises in the following focus areas:
o IT Security planning and management;
o IT Systems Migration Planning;
o Best Practice operational practices (utilising ITIL where applicable)
o Disaster Recovery planning and evaluation

Shawn Tan - Network Support
Shawn is a quality-focused IT support professional with over 9 years experience as systems technician and hardware/software support specialist. He has a proven ability to create and deliver solutions that meet corporate objectives tied to business and technology performance. Shawn is comfortable operating in wide range of platforms and environments, is an effective communicator, able to explain complex processes in easy-to-understand terms for end users.
